Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations and no shows.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. 

You may be charged a cancellation fee for a late cancellation – this includes rescheduled appointments. 
If we are reasonably unable to fill the appointment time, this fee may be up to 100% of the service booked.

If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times (2 or more), they may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

If you do need to cancel your appointment with late notice, it would be greatly appreciated if you can find someone to fill your appointment (friend or family member).  The Knots + Niggles Therapy team will also do their best to fill your appointment, within reason.  Filling your existing appointment will void the late cancellation fee.

100% Less than three hours, including no shows.
50% Less than 24 hours but more than three hours.
25% Emergency (ie. Hospitalisation of self or dependant, or sudden illness).       
0% If the appointment is filled entirely.
24+ hours.
