A cancellation fee applies for late cancellations and failure to arrive

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved especially for you.

As a small, appointment-based clinic, late cancellations and missed appointments have a real impact on our therapists, our busine and on other clients who may be waiting for care.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our cancellation policy:
• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee
• Cancellations within 3 hour of your appointment, or failure to arrive, incur a 100% fee

If you’re unable to attend, you’re very welcome to send someone else in your place, just let us know their name prior to the appointment.

If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times (2 or more), they may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing COVID-19/ Flu/RSV/Gastro/etc symptoms, please contact us as early as possible by leaving a voicemail, so we can offer the appointment to another client.
