The lucky recipient can choose the type of treatment they prefer when they make a booking and worry about forgetting, they have 3 years to use it. As our vouchers are valid for 3 years, treatment costs may vary throughout this period.
How to Redeem Your Voucher
To redeem a gift voucher, click on the button ‘Book appointment’. Enter your desired treatment, date and time. Then when entering your contact details, you’ll see a gift voucher section, please enter your unique gift voucher code here.

Purchasing a gift voucher is super easy:

When booking via phone, simply quote your unique gift voucher code.
If the recipient is pregnant please choose a pregnancy treatment at the time of booking.
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment.
Late cancellations may void gift vouchers. Voucher purchases are strictly non – refundable.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with a rebate claim under the Private Health Insurance Scheme.
